i would like to know which things i can terminate there(in order to gain some extra memory or something so that to make the cpu run easier) and which ones i musn't absolutely terminate?
in order to do that i want to post here an image of the task manager so that you can tell me what to do,but don't know how to post that!

Here's how to take screenshots (http://www.overclockingwiki.org/forums/showthread.php?t=552)
Really, with the horsepower in today's computers, stopping those unneeded tasks does not provide as much benefit as it used to when CPU and RAM were scarce.
In today's world of 2GB RAM and dual core CPUs, I typically just leave those tasks in place.

our cpu is @ 1%
your ram is at 37%
you have 51 processes with vista.

you're good. reducing processes is only gonna reduce your ram usage by a small amount.
it's not going to make a hill of beans if you reduce ram usage from 37% to 34%, so why kill the processes.
plus Vista is not like xp, even when you do get close to 100% ram usage say playing a resource hog game, vista is just going to scale the ram usage for you and kill processes not in use.

if you want vist to feel more snappy in the controls.. your best bet is to turn off the eye candy. for example. right click the desktop-personalize-and use any theme beside vista aero.

or try some of the other vista tweaks. http://www.pctuneuptips.com/tips/vista_tweaks/

The only one I use is turning off UAC.

i take advantage of the thread for asking another question:
which process of the following i found in tool administrator/services represents the superfetch and indexing of vista?
