Hey, glad your here.

If somethings wrong with your PC, this is the place to get help. We've got decades of support experience and are a friendly bunch.

If you know any of the following it would be really helpful to us:
  1. Which version of Windows are you running? The most popular are Windows Vista and Windows XP.
  2. Which processor and how much ram do you have?
  3. How much free space do you have on your hard drive?
  4. What video card are you using?
  5. When did you last update the video card drivers?
  6. When did you last use Windows Update on your computer?
Stability Testing programs:
When we are helping you, sometimes we'll need to have you use a troubleshooting program. We've listed a couple below that make sure your hardware works properly. You may not need to run these.
  1. Processor, Ram and Motherboard stability testing program
  2. Video Card overclocking and stability testing program
  3. Memory Testing cd
If you don't know any of that, post anyway, we'll do our best to help you find the information. If you are new to the site, just hit the register button in the upper corner. Then, come back here and post your request.
