    If somebody would release an alternative to the ATI tuner, maybe one that can handle multiple streams, I might have to give Charter a call

    I'm not sure about the multiple streams part but I believe part of this recent change was designed to allow more open access to vendors wishing to make tuners. ATI\AMD had that game to themselves for way too long. Frankly, this whole system is so DRM heavy is gonna be tough to loosen the restrictions I think.
