Bsod help

hey guys I have been playing cod4 on my pc for a while and since I installed windows 7 ultimate 64-bit I will get blue screens while im mid-game playing. It usually ends up being driver_irql_not_equal or something like that. But the error code is the same, 1033. I have done as much looking up as i can and it seems to be something about kernel-power. My drivers are all up to date and my bios. My comp isnot overheating and i have a 700W PSU. please advise

try backing off your overclock a bit. drop your BCLK down by 5mhz or so just to see if that helps.
