Orthos, currently in beta, is an application designed to make use of the powerful Prime95 stability testing tool on a multicore system. It will automatically determine the number of threads or cores a processor can support and launch simultaneous runs of of Prime95 to fully load all the cores of a processor.

Warning

Please note, Orthos and other stability testing tools will load you computer in ways no other software is likely to do. As a result, they are tremendously useful for testing and proving overclocks. The down side is the remote possiblity of damage to your system caused by the heavy stresses these programs can produce. Be aware of this and make sure you are overclocking for fun and can afford an expensive mistake.
