Comcast, part 2 Print E-mail

As I lamented in my post a couple of days ago, Comcast service to my place was out for nearly two days. That in itself was bad enough, but then dealing with the complete lack of concern on the part of the customer service reps was even worse. To finally get someone to stop reading from their scripts and start thinking I had to play hard ball with them.

 

It is a tremendous shame that massive corporations don’t care enough about service to either train or allow their reps the freedom to properly take care of a customer. It wasn’t until I threatened to switch to DSL that I got anyone to pay attention to the lack of service. All in all, this was a was a very disappointing experience and I have to say, hard as it is, I already miss Adelphia.
