We've got the Wiki integrated the CMS and you can access it now by using the 'Wiki' link at the top of the page. This feature is currently in beta as there are known bugs at this stage. Please, use the comment button at the bottom of this page to let us know what you think about the new design. I'll keep the top post up to date with known issues and as they are corrected I'll cross them off the list.

I hope that in just a short while we'll be ready to launch the new and improved version of the wiki on the home page of the site! Thanks for your help and enjoy the beta! 

On a slightly unrelated note, one of the contributors to the project just launched a new site of their own, Birdie Wordie.com. Its a bird watching photo gallery and allows users to upload their own bird or nature photographs. Forums are provided for discussions on the site. Its completely free and registration is not required to check out the photos.

Definitely worth a look for all the photography and nature lovers out there.

In roughly two weeks this site will go live after months of work. I can't even begin to tell  you how much I appreciate everyone's patience and help with this process. Its been time consuming, but once you enjoy the final project I'm sure you'll agree its worth it.

Well, I was able to get a bit more work done on the new version of the site today. I took the morning off of work and was able to make some progress on a couple of show stopping bugs. There’s still a few left, but at least the list is shorter. Depending on how much time I have in the near future, the launch could be soon.

Frankly I was hoping to make the major migration already, but there’s too many remaining issues to push the update out yet. The site is live and is open for testing if you’d like to look it over. How soon I can work through the remaining issues and get it live is anyone’s guess.

Hrmm…. we’ve been plagued with a Weird redirects to Wiki issue. I’m tackling it and we’ve seen some significant reduction in its frequency but it will be a while before I’m convinced that its completely gone.

I wanted to take a minute to recognize someone who's helped this site tremendously by his graphics skills. From the very first logo to the latest designs, synaps3 has done all the work for the site and consistently impressed.

If you'd like to hire him for your own site then I suggest you hit the forums and pm him nicely. He's not cheap, but the quality is as good as the service. And you can see just how good that is when you look around this site.
